Important: pornoTV does not host any video files. All content is embedded from third-party websites. We can remove a link or embed from our index, but to remove the actual file you must also contact the website that hosts it.
To file a notice, send an e-mail (subject: DMCA) to the contact below, including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on our site where the material appears.
- Your full name, address, telephone and e-mail.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid notice we will promptly remove or disable the identified link/embed. If your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notification. Links associated with repeat infringement will be removed.
