This Privacy Policy explains how pornoTV ("we", "us") handles your data. The site is operated by a company registered in Latvia (identified in Contacts below). The site is intended for adults only (18+).
pornoTV is an adult video search engine / aggregator. We do not host any video files on our servers — videos are embedded from third-party websites (e.g. RedTube).
Data we process
- Automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referrer, date/time — in server logs and cookies (for security, fraud prevention and statistics).
- Provided by you: when you use the contact form — your name, e-mail and message. No registration is required.
- Ratings: when you vote on a video we store the IP address to prevent repeat voting.

Third parties
Videos are embedded from third-party sites (RedTube), search is provided by Google Programmable Search, and the contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA. These services may set their own cookies and receive your IP address under their own privacy policies.
